Montgomery Stroke and Turn Clinic is always interested in hiring coaches that are excited about swimming and enjoy working with children. We offer swim clinics throughout Montgomery County for swimmers ages 5 to 18. The majority of our clinics are on Sunday evenings, but we do have other limited offerings throughout the week. Pay is competitive and is based on experience. Candidates should have some competitive swim team experience, participation on a summer, high school, club or college team. Experience working with children is also preferred. Since coaches will be working with children, all successful candidates will have to pass an employer paid background check before completion of hiring.
